Welcome to CosyCrafts Wedding Hire. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services and renting our products. By accessing our website and/or using our services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please refrain from using CosyCrafts Wedding Hire.

Terminology

• “Customer”, “You”, and “Your” refer to the person accessing our services and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
• “The Company”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to CosyCrafts Wedding Hire.
• “Party” or “Parties” refer to both the Customer and the Company or either of the two.

Booking and Rental

• By booking our services or renting our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• All bookings and rentals are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion.
• Prices for our services and rental products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of service.
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • 50% of the remaining balance is due 3 months before the event.
  • The final balance is due at least 4 weeks before the event date.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received within these timeframes.
• Our standard hire period is 72 hours, which includes 24 hours before and 24 hours after your event date. Extended hire periods must be agreed upon in advance, prior to accepting our quote. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at our discretion. No discounts are available for shorter hire periods; the quoted price applies to any period between 1 hour and 72 hours.

Delivery and Collection

• We aim to deliver rental items to the agreed-upon location on the specified date and time.
• Changes to the delivery or collection schedule must be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional fees.
• Rental items must be ready for collection at the agreed-upon time and location. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
• Any items collected from our premises are your responsibility from the moment of collection until they have been returned and inspected by us. 

• Upon delivery, we are happy to place items in designated areas and assist with setting up our products.

  If set-up assistance has not been requested, all hired goods must be returned in their original packaging and repacked according to the guidelines provided. Failure to do so may result in breakages, which may lead to additional charges. All items must be repacked and stored together, ready for collection, with any flowers or additional decorations removed.

  CosyCrafts is not responsible for gathering hired items unless a prearranged set-up service has been agreed upon and paid for in your invoice. Any additional work or delays caused by items not being pre-packed for collection will be charged at a rate of £10 per hour.

  Please ensure that all containers are dry before being placed back in their packaging. Goods that are not available for collection at the agreed date and time will incur an additional collection fee, plus 25% of the listed hire price per item, per day.

  While we will make every effort to deliver and collect your order at the specified times, CosyCrafts will not be liable for any loss arising directly or indirectly from delays in the delivery or collection of goods.

Care and Responsibility

• Rental items remain the property of CosyCrafts at all times.
• You are responsible for the care and safekeeping of rented items from the time of delivery until collection.
• Any damage, loss, or theft of rental items is the responsibility of the Customer and may result in additional charges.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellations made after 3 months from the event date may incur additional charges.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the event date.

Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or rental items.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the rental items or services provided.
• We accept no liability for damage or loss of personal property, or for any injury resulting from the use of hired equipment.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
