Welcome to CosyCrafts Wedding Hire. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for renting our products and using our services. By confirming a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

1. Terminology

• “Customer”, “You”, and “Your” refer to the person or entity booking our items and agreeing to these terms.

• “The Company”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to CosyCrafts Wedding Hire.

2. Minimum Hire Values & Delivery

• Our minimum hire value is £100 for venues within 10 miles of GL16, and £250 for venues more than 10 miles from GL16. Delivery and collection charges are calculated separately from the item hire value.

• Delivery is free within 10 miles of GL16 for orders meeting the £100 minimum. Outside 10 miles, delivery and collection fees are quoted individually based on venue distance and access requirements.

3. Booking, Payment & Hire Period

• A non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation date.

• The remaining final balance is due strictly 4 weeks prior to your event date. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your order.

• Our standard hire period is up to 72 hours (typically delivered the day before your event and collected the day after). Standard prices apply to any duration within this 72-hour window.

4. Setup, Delivery & Collection

• Basic setup and pack-down of hired items are included in our hire prices, subject to venue access and scheduling.

• If you choose to self-style or pack down, items must be repacked in their original packaging, dry, with any real flowers or third-party decorations removed prior to collection.

• Goods not made available for collection at the agreed time and date will incur additional collection charges plus a daily fee of 25% of the total hire value until returned.

5. Care, Damage & Replacement

• All goods remain the sole property of CosyCrafts at all times.

• The customer is responsible for the care and safekeeping of all items from delivery until collection.

• In the event of loss, theft, or severe damage, the customer will be charged the full replacement or repair value of the item. A complete list of individual item replacement values is available upon request.

6. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made in writing. Because items are reserved exclusively for your date, the following charges apply:

• 3 months or more notice: Deposit forfeited; no further fees.

• Less than 3 months notice: 50% of the total contract balance is payable.

• Within 4 weeks of event: 75% of the total contract balance is payable.

• Within 7 days of event: 100% of the total contract balance is payable.

7. Liability

• While we ensure all equipment is checked and safe for use, CosyCrafts accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or property damage resulting from the use of hired equipment (including open flames/candles).

• Customers must verify venue permissions for items such as candles prior to use.

• In all circumstances, our total liability to you shall not exceed the invoice value of your hire contract.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
