How do I request a quote?
Simply go to our wedding hire page, make your selections, fill in your details and send the request. as soon as we receive your request we will calculate your quote and get in touch.
How long is the hire period?
Our standard hire period is 72 hours. This means that you will have a 24-hour window before and after your event to set up and dismantle your equipment at no extra cost.
Please note that we do not offer discounts for hire periods shorter than 72 hours. The prices displayed are applicable for any hire period between 1 hour and 72 hours.

How much is delivery?
Enjoy complimentary delivery within a 10-mile radius of GL16 when you place an order totalling £100 or more. For deliveries beyond this radius or below £100 please reach out to us for a personalised quote.
Can I arrange collection?
We welcome collection of many of our items, but we do require suitable transport or vehicles for our larger items. We do not accept couriers or responsibility for any damage or injury that may occur during collection. Therefore, we highly recommend that delivery be requested for many of our larger or fragile items.
Will you set up my hired items on delivery/dismantle any hired items upon collection?
We provide the flexibility for customers to set up their hire items themselves or opt for our setup service for a small fee. Feel free to inquire if you would like a quote for our setup service.
Is there a minimum order?
While there is no minimum order requirement, customers are responsible for arranging collection if their order totals less than £100. Alternatively, depending on the location, delivery may be available upon request for a small fee.
My venue requires suppliers have Public Liability Insurance?
We have public liability insurance up to the value of £5million as is required by most venues.
We can supply a certificate of insurance to your venue upon request.
Do I have to pay a deposit or security deposit?
In order to secure your booking, we kindly request a deposit of £50 or 50% of the total hire cost (whichever is lower). Please note that your hire date will not be confirmed until this deposit has been received. We do not reserve hire dates without a deposit, and we reserve the right to accept and confirm other bookings for the same date at any time, provided we have not already received a deposit.
To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we require payment of 50% of the total cost three months prior to the event, and the remaining 100% four weeks prior to the date of hire. We will contact you in due course to remind you of all upcoming payments. Please be aware that failure to pay the balance will result in the cancellation of your booking.
We understand that plans can change, but please note that the deposit is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I cancel my order?
If you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel your order, please be aware that a cancellation charge may apply. The amount of this charge will depend on how much notice we receive from you before the delivery date.
If you cancel your order three months or more before the delivery date, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. However, please note that your security deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel your order less than three months before the delivery date, you will be charged 50% of the balance owing on the total contract price.
If you cancel your order within four weeks of the delivery date, you will be charged 75% of the balance owing on the total contract price.
Finally, if you cancel your order within seven days of the delivery date, you will be charged 100% of the balance owing on the contract price. Please be aware that any cancellation charges will be automatically deducted from any payments you have already made.

Liabilities
In no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the invoice value of the contract.
Cosycrafts or any of their employees shall not be liable in respect of damages/injury/loss or any other damage incurred in respect of this hire, as a result of any defect or damage to the item and the customer shall satisfy himself/herself of the suitability/condition/placement of the equipment upon receipt.
Caution should be exercised especially with the use of candles; we shall not be liable for any damage/injury/loss caused as a result of using candles. Permission should be sought from the venue as to the suitability of all items hired.
Ownership
All goods remain the property of Cosycrafts unless otherwise agreed when entering into the hiring agreement.
